Terms & Conditions – Car Key Dan
By booking services from Car Key Dan, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope:
Car Key Dan provides mobile auto locksmith services including car key replacement, spare keys, lockouts, and key programming across Devon and Cornwall.
2. Payment:
Full payment is due upon completion of service.
Payment can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer.
No call-out fees apply, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Liability:
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle faults.
While every care is taken, service is provided at your vehicle’s location, which may carry minor risks inherent to roadside repairs.
4. Cancellations:
Appointments can be cancelled without charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may incur a charge to cover lost time.
5. Guarantee:
All new keys and programming services are guaranteed for 12 months against faults.
6. Insurance & Compliance:
Car Key Dan is fully insured and DBS checked for customer peace of mind.
